CRAZY BOB SAVAGE ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT.
On March 5th, 2001 Crazy Bob Savage officially announced his retirement from professional wrestling. "I will always love pro wrestling" Savage said. "But I know that there's a time for everything, and I know that even though I'll miss wrestling and I'll miss the fans, now is the right time to retire." Crazy Bob sites his family and God as his biggest reasons for his decision. "I have a son on the way, and a wife to support, and I know that God has bigger plans for me."
Crazy Bob has one final message for all of his fans. "I want to thank the fans from the bottom of my heart for all the support they've given me in my career. I will never forget them for that. I hope I was able to give them the quality of wrestling entertainment that they deserve, because it's all I ever wanted to do." Crazy Bob Savage wishes all of his fans the best. He truly loved wrestling, and he truly loved his fans. In parting, Crazy Bob said "Goodbye Pro Wrestling".
